Over the years, MWS wire wheels have evolved through the incorporation of new technology and superior materials, changing with the times without compromising the classic style.

Our latest innovation is the application of sealant to the spoke heads of our “tube type” chrome wire wheels only to help prevent corrosion by protecting these areas from dirt and dust.
Please note that this does not make the wheel tubeless.

Full Stainless Steel Wire Wheels

MWS Full Stainless Steel wire wheels are manufactured using state of the art technology in manufacturing. Special processes were developed after long years of R&D in making these wheels. Full stainless steel wheels are made of superior Austenitic grade stainless steel that has excellent protection against corrosion.

The Stainless Steel rims and shells are polished to a superior natural finish in special purpose machines. The hand polishing by highly skilled craftsmen compliments this.

The Stainless Steel spokes and nipples are electro polished to match the lustre and colour of the rims and shells.

The Wheels are specially treated as a final process to retain the lustre and colour.

100% inspection on finish on all the parts ensures only the best quality products are passed out.

Chromed Wire Wheels

MWS wire wheels are manufactured using the latest plating techniques. Expertise in plating technology enables the product to conform to acceptable automotive standards using multi layer nickel chrome plating processes. The plating system provides a CASS salt spray life over 24 hrs when tested and evaluated as per ISO 9227.

The rims and shells are polished to a superior finish in special purpose machines, which is complimented with final hand polishing by highly skilled craftsmen. Multi layer plating using technologically superior levelling brighteners provides brilliant lustre.

The stainless steel spokes and nipples are electro-polished and chrome-plated to match the colour and lustre of the rims and shells.

100% inspection of plating on all the parts ensures only the best quality products are passed out.

Painted Wire Wheels

The MWS wire wheels are primer coated using Cathodic Electrophoretic technology. This increases the corrosion resistance to very high levels. A topcoat of silver-grey follows this.

The paint system provides salt spray resistance of 840 Hrs when tested and evaluated on panels as per ASTM B117.
