Notes | A small number of vehicles (Series 1½) manufactured from late 1967 onwards were fitted with Flat (Easy Clean) hubs as standard - always check the style required during the transitional period. Wheels which are larger than the standard size might not fit into the spare wheel compartment. When fitting a wider wheel option the rear bump stops MUST be removed and you may find that the clearance of the rear arches may be tighter on one side. |

Other comments | The Series 1½ is also identifiable by its open headlights, even though it kept the small air intake opening of the first cars. Always check the history of the vehicle to ensure that there have been no modifications to the running gear. Hubs/splines, spinners and nuts remain the same, unless noted otherwise, regardless of which wheel is fitted. We also stock wire wheel maintenance accessories such as our Cleaning Kit (Refills available), Cleaning Brush, Degreaser and Tyre Foam.
