Extra Information
Other comments The first Singer was a 3-Wheeler, introduced in 1905.

In 1912 the "Ten" was launched and manufactured until 1924.

1927 saw the introduction of the "Junior", which was produced until 1932.

In 1933, the first ever small 4-Seater Sports Car ever made by Singer was launched, the "Nine Sports", fitted with 18" Rudge Whitworth Knock-on wheels and 4.50 x 18 tyres.

Also the "Nine Le Mans", introduced in 1934, as well as the "Nine Le Mans Secial Speed", which superseded the basic Le Mans for the production years 1936 and 1937, had the same wheel / tyre combination fitted.

The 1.5 Litre Sports was launched in 1933, with a 6 cyl. 1493cc engine, and manufactured until 1934. Wire wheels for this vehicle (originally fitted with 5.25 x 18 Dunlop tyres), can be made by MWS to special order.

The 1.5 Litre Sports was re-introduced in 1937 as the B37 and produced until 1938. The wire wheels for the B37, which were originally fitted with 5.25 x 17 tyres, can also be manufactured to special order.

Always check the history of the vehicle to ensure that there have been no modifications to the running gear.

Hubs/splines, spinners and nuts remain the same, unless noted otherwise, regardless of which wheel is fitted.

We also stock wire wheel maintenance accessories such as our Cleaning Kit (Refills available), Cleaning Brush, Degreaser and Tyre Foam.
